Founded in 1995 with RUTI-C at Saryu Syntex Private Limited which quickly became a pioneer in the greige fabric industry by embracing technological advancements. In 2002, we introduced Rapier technology with GTX Plus looms capable of 400 RPM, setting the stage for our ongoing innovation.

We enhanced our capabilities in 2005 by integrating K88 Vamatex Rapier looms, which enabled intricate dobby designs. Our technological journey continued with the addition of Picanol airjet Plus Omni 800 machines in 2010 and the introduction of the Itema Rapier R9500 in 2016, featuring 20 shafts for complex designs. In 2019, we acquired Summum 220 cm Dobby Airjet Picanol looms, significantly improving production efficiency and speed. By 2022, we integrated i-Connect airjet looms, enabling advanced manufacturing capabilities with both dobby and cam systems.
